Teesside Fencing operates as a lead generation and referral service. We are not a fencing contractor and do not perform fencing installation or repair services ourselves. Our role is to connect users who need fencing services with independent third-party contractors ("Partners") in our network.
3. No Professional Advice or Endorsement
While we vet our Partners, we do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of the services they provide. Any agreement you enter into with a Partner is strictly between you and that Partner. We are not a party to any such agreement and are not responsible for the performance or non-performance of any Partner.
4. User Representations
By using the Site, you represent and warrant that: (1) all registration information you submit will be true, accurate, current, and complete; (2) you have the legal capacity and you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions; and (3) you will not use the Site for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event will we be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or reliance on any information provided on the site. We are not liable for any disputes, claims, losses, injuries, or damage of any kind that might arise out of or relate to the conduct of Partners or your interactions with them.
6. Modifications and Interruptions
We reserve the right to change, modify, or remove the contents of the Site at any time or for any reason at our sole discretion without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Site.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of the United Kingdom. Teesside Fencing and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of the United Kingdom shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.
